Bruges Christmas Market via Eurotunnel
View Dates & Book
Enjoy approximately 4 hours at leisure in Bruges to visit the Christmas market.
Customers alight the coach at the Bruges coach drop off point, near the red bridge which takes you across the canal. It is a 10 - 15 minute walk through the park and through the old town before reaching the centre.
The Market Square in Bruges is transformed by the magical Christmas market held in the city each year selling everything from decorations to traditional arts and crafts which surround the ice rink in the medieval square with a smaller market situated in the Simon Stevinplein. The intoxicating scent of fresh waffles lingers in Bruges Christmas market, and the streets are dressed like gingerbread houses with festive fairy lights reflected in the canal.
The main Bruges Christmas market is in Grote Markt, with its pretty, wooden chalets surrounding a glittering ice rink, where skaters swish and stumble in the shadow of the 83m-high belfry. If you can face the 366 steps to the bells at the top, you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the chocolate-box city below.
Please note: Ice skating, horse-drawn carriage tours and entrance to the Belfry are not included in the price and are subject to availability and opening times on the day of travel.
